Product Details

A box-type structure integrally welded from longitudinal beams, cross beams, work surface steel plates, and load-bearing ground beams. This design offers superior rigidity and strength, enhanced local load-bearing capacity, and a higher safety factor. Four lifting holes or hooks are provided on both sides of the frame for hoisting and flipping operations.

Wheels are constructed from rubber-filled wheels, with axles made from quenched and tempered 45 steel. Bearings utilize Wafangdian, Harbin, or Luoyang double-row roller bearings. This design eliminates and overcomes elastic deformation and track misalignment during both empty and fully loaded operations. It ensures balanced operation on tracks and extends service life.
